Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC)

The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) is a quasi-judicial constitutional body established in 1972 under Section 137 of Part IX, Chapter II of the Constitution of Bangladesh. It is primarily responsible for recruiting civil servants through highly competitive examinations, most notably the exams. Headquartered in Agargaon, Dhaka, the BPSC serves to ensure merit-based, transparent selection for government cadres and administrative roles.
