SSF Job Circular 2026

The Special Security Force (SSF) under the Prime Minister's Office, Tejgaon, Dhaka-1215, invites online applications from genuine Bangladeshi citizens for the following vacant permanent posts, as per the conditions mentioned alongside each post. Applications must be submitted through the Teletalk website. No other method of application will be accepted.

Important Dates:

• Online Application Start: 15 June 2026, 10:00 AM
• Online Application End (Deadline): 05 July 2026, 05:00 PM
• SMS Payment Deadline: Within 72 hours of submitting the online application, but no later than 07 July 2026, 05:00 PM.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Age Limit: General candidates must be between 18 and 32 years old as of 1 June 2026. The maximum age limit is 32 years for sons/daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates. No affidavit will be accepted for age proof.
• Candidates serving in government, semi-government, and autonomous organizations must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of the oral examination.
• Candidates must mention all acquired educational qualifications in their application form. Demanding any additional benefits or special consideration beyond the acquired educational qualification will not be acceptable.
• Candidates will have to participate in written, practical (where applicable), and oral examinations.
• During the oral examination, candidates must present their original National ID card, admit card for the written exam, Applicant's Copy of the application form, and all original educational qualification certificates. They must also submit one set of attested photocopies of all academic certificates, character certificate from a gazetted officer, nationality certificate issued by the Chairman/Administrator/Mayor of the respective Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation/Cantonment Board, and a copy of National ID card/Birth Registration certificate.
• Government rules regarding quotas will be followed in recruitment.
• No Travel Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for participating in the examinations.

Application Fee and Payment Instructions via Teletalk Prepaid Mobile:

The application fee and Teletalk service charge must be submitted within 72 hours of submitting the online application, but not later than the application deadline (07 July 2023, 05:00 PM).

• For posts in Grade 13 and 14 (Serial No. 1, 2, 3): BDT 100/- (one hundred Taka) + Teletalk service charge BDT 12/- (twelve Taka) = Total BDT 112/- (one hundred twelve Taka).
• For posts in Grade 17, 19, and 20 (Serial No. 4, 5, 6, 7): BDT 50/- (fifty Taka) + Teletalk service charge BDT 6/- (six Taka) = Total BDT 56/- (fifty six Taka).

First SMS:

Reply Example: Applicant's Name, Tk. 112/56 Will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is XXXXXXXX. To pay type SSF <Space> YES <Space> PIN and Send to 16222.

Example: SSF YES XXXXXXXX

Reply Example: Congratulations! Applicant's Name, payment completed successfully for SSF Application for [post name]. User ID is (ABCDEF) and Password (XXXXXXXX).

Other Important Instructions:

• The online application form must be filled out correctly. Before final submission, candidates must verify all information.
• A color photograph (300x300 pixels, maximum 100 KB, JPG format) and signature (300x80 pixels, maximum 60 KB, JPG format) must be uploaded.
• Candidates must download and print a copy of the Applicant's Copy for future reference and present it during the oral examination.
• The authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts and amend or cancel the circular. The decision of the appointing authority regarding recruitment will be final.
• Do not wait for the last date and time; it is advised to complete the online application and fee submission within due time.
