PBK Job Circular 2026

Pally Bikash Kendra (PBK), an organization certified by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) (Certificate No. 00829-01369-01030), is a non-political, non-profit social development organization, operating nationwide with funding from PKSF, various banks, and its own funds. To expand its microcredit and social development programs, PBK is recruiting qualified and experienced Bangladeshi citizens for the following position.

Walk-in Interview Details

Interested and eligible male candidates are invited to attend a walk-in interview on the following dates and locations:

• Interview Date 1: 03/07/2026 (Friday) at 9:00 AM
• Location: Azim Uddin High School (adjacent to Sholakia Field), Kishoreganj Sadar, Kishoreganj

Required Documents for Interview:

Candidates must bring the following documents to the interview:

• A written application.
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) with mobile number and email address.
• Photocopy of National Identity Card.
• Photocopy of valid Driving License (if applicable).
• Photocopies of all educational certificates.
• Photocopies of experience and training certificates (if applicable).
• All original certificates must be presented for verification during the interview.
• Two recent passport-size color photographs.

Registration/Examination Fee: A fee of BDT 100/- must be paid at the interview center to participate in the examination.

General Terms and Conditions

• Candidates must be willing and able to work anywhere within the organization's operational areas, including rural areas of Dhaka, Kishoreganj, Gazipur, Narsingdi, Narayanganj, and Comilla districts.
• Currently enrolled students are not eligible to participate in the interview.
• Selected candidates must provide assurance from their parents, siblings, or nearest relatives (at least one) as guarantors at the time of joining.
• A security deposit of BDT 12,000/- must be paid at the time of joining, which will be refundable as per the organization's rules upon leaving employment.
• The recruitment process maintains full transparency, and no financial transactions are conducted for employment.
• If any financial transaction is attempted through any other means (e.g., bKash, Nagad, Rocket) outside the main office, PBK will not be liable, and the recruitment will be canceled.
• Pally Bikash Kendra (PBK) reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend this recruitment process at any stage without showing any reason.
• No T/A or D/A will be provided for attending the interview.
