MOCHTA Job Circular 2026

The Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs has issued a recruitment notice on June 3, 2026, inviting applications from eligible Bangladeshi citizens for various vacant positions under the offices controlled by the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs. A total of 10 vacancies across 6 categories will be filled through this recruitment drive. Interested candidates are required to apply online via the Teletalk website.

Application Details

• Online Application Start Date: June 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM
• Online Application End Date: July 13, 2026, at 05:00 PM
• Application Fee Submission Deadline: Within 72 hours of submitting the online application (but not later than July 16, 2026, 5:00 PM).

Online Application Process via Teletalk

Interested candidates can apply online by visiting website. Before applying, applicants must carefully read the instructions provided on the website. The application process involves filling out the online form and submitting the application fee via Teletalk prepaid mobile.

Application Submission Guidelines:

• Applicants need to upload a recent color photograph (300x300 pixels, maximum 100 KB) and a scanned signature (300x80 pixels, maximum 60 KB).
• After successfully submitting the online application, a 'User ID' will be generated. Candidates must use this User ID to submit the application fee.
• A copy of the online application form must be downloaded and kept for future reference.

Application Fee Details and Teletalk SMS Payment Method:

The application fee must be paid within 72 hours of submitting the online application form using a Teletalk prepaid mobile number. The fee structure is as follows:

• For positions under Salary Grade 13 to 16 (Serial No. 1-4): BDT 100/- + 12% service charge = BDT 112/-
• For positions under Salary Grade 20 (Serial No. 5-6): BDT 50/- + 12% service charge = BDT 56/-

Follow these two SMS steps to pay the application fee:

First SMS:

Type MOCHTA<space>User ID and send to 16222

Example: MOCHTA ABCDEF send to 16222

Reply SMS Example: Applicant’s Name, TK-112/56 will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is XXXXXXXX. To pay fee Type MOCHTA <space>Yes<space>PIN and send to 16222.

Second SMS:

Type MOCHTA<space>YES<space>PIN and send to 16222

Example: MOCHTA YES XXXXXXXX send to 16222

Reply SMS Example: Congratulations! Applicant’s Name, Payment completed successfully for MOCHTA Application for (Post Name) User ID is (XXXXXXXX) and Password (XXXXXXXX).

Keep the User ID and Password safely for downloading the Admit Card.

Admit Card and Examination Information:

Information regarding the admit card download and examination dates will be sent to the applicant's mobile number via SMS. Applicants can also download their admit card from http://mochta.teletalk.com.bd using their User ID and Password.

If you lose your User ID or PIN, you can recover them using your Teletalk mobile number:

• To recover User ID:

  Type MOCHTA<space>HELP<space>USER<space>User ID and send to 16222
