DWA Job Circular 2026

The Department of Women Affairs, under the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, located at 1/1, Eskaton Garden Road, Dhaka (www.dwa.gov.bd), has issued a recruitment notice for direct recruitment to various temporary positions under its revenue sector. Bangladeshi citizens are invited to apply online for a total of 91 vacancies across 6 categories.

  • Online Application Start Date: 08 July 2026, 10:00 AM
  • Online Application End Date: 28 July 2026, 05:00 PM
  • Payment Deadline: Fees must be deposited within 72 hours of submitting the online application.

Application Fee Details and Payment Method via Teletalk SMS

Candidates must pay the application fee using a Teletalk pre-paid mobile number as per the instructions below. The fee structure is as follows:

  • For Positions Grade 11-13 (Serial No. 1, 2, 3): Application fee BDT 200/- + Teletalk service charge BDT 23/- = Total BDT 223/-
  • For Positions Grade 14-16 (Serial No. 4, 5): Application fee BDT 100/- + Teletalk service charge BDT 12/- = Total BDT 112/-
  • For Positions Grade 17-20 (Serial No. 6): Application fee BDT 50/- + Teletalk service charge BDT 6/- = Total BDT 56/-

First SMS:

Type: DWA <space> User ID and send to 16222

Example: DWA ABCDEF

You will receive a reply message containing the applicant's name, application fee, and a PIN (8-digit number).

Second SMS:

Type: DWA <space> YES <space> PIN and send to 16222

Example: DWA YES 12345678

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation SMS with your User ID and Password, which are required for downloading the admit card.

Image Upload Requirements

  • Photograph: Must be 300x300 pixels, maximum file size 100 KB.
  • Signature: Must be 300x80 pixels, maximum file size 60 KB.

General Instructions and Eligibility

  • The age of candidates for general quota must be between 18 and 32 years as of 01 July 2026. The maximum age limit is 32 years for children of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates. For the 'Trade Instructor (Bhola)' position, the maximum age is 35 years.
  • Candidates working in government, semi-government, or autonomous organizations must apply with the permission of their respective authorities (NOC).
  • No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for attending the written and viva voce examinations.
  • Married female candidates should mention their husband's permanent address in the application form.
  • Applicants must save a copy of their application form and payment slip for future reference.
