Ministry of Textiles and Jute, Department of Jute - Recruitment Notice
The Ministry of Textiles and Jute, Department of Jute, has issued a recruitment circular for various positions for eligible Bangladeshi permanent citizens. Interested candidates are invited to apply online through the website

Online Application Submission Details:
- Online Application Start Date and Time: Applications have already started.
- Online Application End Date and Time: 12 July 2023, 05:00 PM
Once the online application form is filled, candidates will receive an Applicant's Copy. Applicants must upload a scanned photo (300x300 pixels, maximum 100KB) and signature (300x80 pixels, maximum 60KB). The submitted application must be preserved. Only eligible candidates will be called for the written and oral examinations.
Application Fee and Payment Instructions (Teletalk Prepaid Mobile):
After successfully submitting the online application, an Applicant's Copy will be generated with a User ID. Candidates must download and print this Applicant's Copy. The application fee must be paid through Teletalk prepaid mobile within 72 hours of receiving the User ID. The fee structure is as follows:
- For positions 1-4 (Pay Scale 10,200 - 24,680): BDT 100/- (Application Fee) + BDT 12/- (Teletalk Service Charge) = Total BDT 112/-
- For positions 5-8 (Pay Scale 8,250 - 20,010 to 9,300 - 22,490): BDT 50/- (Application Fee) + BDT 6/- (Teletalk Service Charge) = Total BDT 56/-
Follow these two SMS steps from a Teletalk prepaid mobile number:
1st SMS:
Type: DGJUTE <SPACE> USER ID and send to 16222
Example: DGJUTE ABCDEF
Reply: Applicant's Name, Tk. 112/56 will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is 12345678. To pay fee Type DGJUTE<space>YES<space>PIN and send to 16222.
2nd SMS:
Type: DGJUTE <SPACE> YES <SPACE> PIN and send to 16222
Example: DGJUTE YES 12345678
Upon successful payment, an SMS will be sent confirming the application and providing a password. This password, along with the User ID, should be used to download the Admit Card later. Only candidates who successfully submit the online application and pay the fee will be considered for the examination.
General Conditions:
- Age limit for general candidates is 18-32 years as of 01 june, 2026. For children of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates, the maximum age is 32 years. No affidavit will be accepted for age verification.
- Candidates must be Bangladeshi citizens.
- Candidates working in government, semi-government, and autonomous organizations must apply with permission from their respective authorities.
- No T.A./D.A. will be provided for participating in written or oral examinations.
- The authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts, cancel the circular, or change/amend any conditions of the recruitment process.
- For any errors or omissions, government rules and regulations will be followed.
