Patuakhali DC Office Job Circular 2026

This recruitment notice is issued by the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Patuakhali (Establishment Branch), of the Ministry of Public Administration, applications are being invited online only from permanent residents of Patuakhali district for recruitment to a total of 9 vacant posts (08 Office Assistant Cum Computer Typist, 01 Accounts Assistant) in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Patuakhali and the offices of Upazila Nirbahi Officers under it, subject to the following conditions.

Application Process

Interested and eligible candidates can fill and submit the online application form by visiting the website.

• Online Application Start Date & Time: June 08, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• Online Application End Date & Time: July 07, 2026, at 05:00 PM.
• Application Fee Submission Deadline: The application fee must be paid via SMS within 72 hours of submitting the online application.

Photograph and Signature Upload Instructions:

• A recent color photograph (width 300 x height 300 pixels) and a scanned signature (width 300 x height 80 pixels) must be uploaded in the designated places on the online application form.
• The maximum size for the photo is 100KB, and for the signature, it is 60KB.

Application Fee Details:

• For all posts mentioned in the recruitment circular, the non-refundable application fee is BDT 112/- (BDT 100/- application fee + BDT 12/- Teletalk service charge including VAT).
• For candidates from small ethnic groups and physically challenged individuals, the non-refundable application fee is BDT 56/- (BDT 50/- application fee + BDT 6/- Teletalk service charge including VAT).
• The fee must be paid within 72 hours of submitting the online application.

Teletalk SMS Payment Method:

To submit the application fee using a Teletalk prepaid mobile number, follow these two SMS steps:

First SMS:

• Type: DCPATUAKHALI <Space> User ID
• Send to: 16222
• Example: DCPATUAKHALI ABCDEF and send to 16222

You will receive a reply SMS containing your name, the application fee amount, and a PIN. For example: "Applicant's Name, Tk. 112 or Tk. 56 will be charged as application fee. Your PIN is XXXXXXXX. To pay, Type DCPATUAKHALI <Space> Yes <Space> PIN and Send To 16222."

Second SMS:

• Type: DCPATUAKHALI <Space> Yes <Space> PIN
• Send to: 16222
• Example: DCPATUAKHALI Yes 12345678 and send to 16222

After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation SMS with your User ID and Password. Keep this User ID and Password safe for future use (e.g., downloading the Admit Card).

Admit Card Information:

Information regarding examinations (date, time, venue) and Admit Card download will be notified to eligible candidates via SMS on their registered mobile phones. Admit cards can be downloaded from website.

If you forget your User ID or Password, you can recover them by following these SMS instructions:

• To recover User ID (if PIN is known):
