• Application Period: The online application and fee submission commenced on July 21, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The deadline for online application submission is August 10, 2026, at 04:00 PM.
• Required Documents for Online Submission: Applicants need to upload a color photograph (300x300 pixels) and a scanned signature (300x80 pixels) as per the specified dimensions.
• Application Fee Payment via Teletalk SMS: After successfully submitting the online application and receiving a User ID, candidates must pay the application fee via Teletalk prepaid mobile within 72 hours. The fee structure is as follows:
  • For serial 1 - 3: Total BDT 223.
  • For serial 4 - 7: Total BDT 112.
  • For serial 8: Total BDT 56.
  • For backward class (ethnic minorities, physically challenged, and third gender) candidates for all positions: Total BDT 56.

  The SMS procedure is:

  First SMS: SEC<space>User ID sent to 16222

  Second SMS: SEC<space>YES<space>PIN sent to 16222

• Preservation of Applicant's Copy: Candidates must download and print a color copy of their filled online application (Applicant's Copy) for future reference and submit it during the viva voce.
• Documents for Viva Voce: Shortlisted candidates will be required to present all original academic and experience certificates, national identity card, character certificates, training certificates, the Applicant's Copy, admit card, one set of attested photocopies of all documents, and two recently taken attested passport-size color photographs during the viva voce. Relevant proof for freedom fighter children or physically challenged quota must also be submitted.
• Admit Card: Information regarding admit card download (roll number, exam date, time, and venue) will be sent via SMS to eligible candidates and also published on the BSEC website.
• Important Reminders: No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be provided for attending any examination.
