Bees NGO Job Circular 2026
Bangladesh Extension Education Services (BEES) invites applications for various positions to sincerely and dedicatedly contribute to the development of the underprivileged people of the country through its microfinance programs. BEES is a national-level private, non-political, and non-profit organization established in 1978. It is certified by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) under the Ministry of Finance of the Government of Bangladesh, with Certificate No. 00572-02147-002GO. For 51 years, BEES has been contributing to the country's development by successfully implementing various development activities including microfinance, agriculture, health, education, and social security programs, with financial assistance from various donor agencies.
BEES is currently recruiting manpower for its microfinance program across all its workplaces throughout Bangladesh, covering all divisions: Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Sylhet, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
Vacancies
A total of 1000 positions are open across two categories:
- Field Officer: Grade-1: 400 vacancies
- Field Officer: Grade-2: 300 vacancies
Application Process
Interested candidates are invited to submit a simple written application. The application must be sent to the following address:
Deputy Assistant Director (Human Resources Management Division),
Bangladesh Extension Education Services (BEES),
Head Office, House No-8/B, Road No-29, Gulshan-1, Dhaka-1212.
The application letter must include: applicant's own name, father's/husband's name, mother's name, permanent and mailing address, educational qualifications, age, NID/Smart Card number, blood group, etc.
The application must be accompanied by:
- 2 copies of the applicant's recent color photograph.
- Photocopies of all educational qualification certificates.
- Photocopies of training certificates (if any).
- Photocopy of NID/Smart Card.
- Photocopies of experience certificates.
The application envelope must clearly mention the position name, applicant's own district name, and own division name on top.
Interested female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
The deadline for application submission is 2026-07-20.
Selection Process and Examination Fee
Selection tests (written and oral) will be conducted at BEES' divisional offices in the mentioned divisions. The examination venue, date, day, and time will be notified via mobile phone or SMS. Therefore, a valid and active mobile number must be mentioned in the application.
An examination fee of 200/- BDT must be paid at the examination center during attendance.
